Camp Kaitawa

My favorite part of Camp Kaitawa was Lous lookout because I got to see glowworms.  I got to see a very nice view at the top. It was not easy walking up, it was a little bit scary because we were not able to use our torch and I was afraid that I was going to fall in a hole, but it was not me that fell in, it was Jack!

My second favorite part was the master chef because we got to make our food for breakfast and lunch.  For breakfast we had pancakes, and for lunch we had meat balls, chips and noodles.  When it was judging time we hoped that we would get 5 but we did not, we got three and a three and a half for our breakfast.  For our lunch we got three and a half and a three, but we did not win.  It was the pink team, my team was the orange team.

Winter
Frosty, bright
Skiing, snowball fighting, sledding
Icicles and snowflakes, family holidays
Swimming, suntanning, sweltering
Hot, sunny
Summer

Now have a go at writing your own diamante poem.

wolf
Hunter, killer
Searching, sneaking, leaping
Howling at night....waiting for prey
Hunting, eating,  chasing
Striped, swift
Tiger

Panda
Fat, lazy
Consuming, sleeping, climbing
Eating all day … hibernating in winter
Fighting, devouring, attacking
Huge, strong
bear
